Programme of Studies:
- intensive course
- 6 class units a day, 45 minutes each
- groups of min. 4 up to 12 students
- from beginner to proficiency level
- language of instruction at beginner levels: English or German
- special groups for heritage speakers of Hungarian
- written and oral placement tests at the beginning of the course
- Summer School examination offered at the end of the course (ECTS credit points)
Debrecen Summer School will launch separate groups for schoolchildren (age 10–18). It is their parents’ responsibility to take care of the safety of junior participants.
Extra Modules:
- extra language modules: pronunciation practice, vocabulary building, listening to Hungarian
- extra module on Hungarian traditions: folk dances and folk songs
- extra module on traditional Hungarian cuisine

- tuition ends for the 2-week course in July: 1 August (Friday)
- check-out time for the 2-week course in July: 2 August (Saturday), before 10:00

The price of the teaching material (20-30 EUR) is not included in the course fees.
A 10% reduction from the tuition fee is granted to siblings taking the same course.
